Art Awakened is an event that encompassed the four facets of art. Visual Arts, Dance, Theatre, and Music. Using these elements, we curated an art museum that “came alive” through movement, live music, and spoken word. The theme of the exhibit was The Art of A Black Woman. My partner and I wanted to highlight the art and show that all of them can come together to create really magical moments. Through this project, we were able to use our networking, public relations, social media, graphic design, event management, and writing skills to put together a successful event.
